Step 1

Estimate

Begin the process by providing a comprehensive sketch that includes details on the finished edges, appliance placements, and any additional specifications you require. If you wish to reserve a specific stone from our inventory, a deposit is necessary to secure the material. All estimates remain valid for 60 days.

Deposit

Your satisfaction is our priority throughout the custom order process. If you haven't submitted a deposit, it will be requested during the templating phase. To initiate the fabrication process, a 70% deposit is essential.

Template

Before our visit, ensure that all cabinets are installed and level. If you have existing countertops, they must be removed in preparation for our arrival. Make sure all appliances are in place, and if you're providing your sink, have it readily available. For farm sinks, installation should precede templating. Faucets and accessories must also be in place.

Step 4

Fabrication

After confirming measurements and specifications, your order advances to the fabrication stage. During this phase, templates are digitized or a .DXF file is generated using advanced equipment. Stone is meticulously cut to your requirements, edges are polished, and necessary cutouts are created.

Installation

To facilitate the smooth transportation of sizable stone pieces, kindly ensure the driveway, sidewalk, and job-site entrance are cleared. In snowy conditions, keep access paths free of snow for safe material transportation.

Completion

Installation typically occurs 5-7 business days after the finalization of order details. The installation process generally takes 1 to 3 hours. Faucet drillings are completed during installation. Upon acceptance of the installation, the remaining balance becomes due.
